If you have made a payment in error, please contact the Development & Business Services Department to request a refund. Approved refunds will take time to process so please make sure you have filled out the payment forms and amounts correctly before completing a transaction. Please have all reference material pertaining to the payment available and bear in mind that any collected convenience fees associated with your payment cannot be refunded.
