The City of Lynnwood monitors overall site traffic and may collect individual user information in some interactive applications contained within this site. The City of Lynnwood does not share any of this collected information with any group or individuals outside of the City of Lynnwood organization and its various Departments.

All permits are subject to public disclosure and original copies may be reviewed at the Development & Business Services Department, subject to advance notice. The city is obligated to follow the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56) in performing its records management duties.
